All orders are dispatched within 1-7 working days after payment confirmation.
Please note that we cannot answer emails on Sundays. Sometimes emails end up in SPAM, so please also check your junk mail. If you have not received any emails from us, please send us an email to [email protected]
We accept payments by credit/debit card (Apple pay, Google pay) via STRIPE (the world’s leading card processing company).
Typically, the delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 business days. However, please be aware that this timeframe is not guaranteed, as it is entirely dependent on the courier service.
Log in to your account, search for your order and change your delivery address if it has not yet been dispatched. You can also contact us and we will change the delivery address for you.
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been completed. The email will contain the tracking number and a link to the tracking page. Please note that you will need to wait 24 hours for the tracking number to appear on the website. If your order was dispatched on Friday, it will appear on Monday.
The shipping fee is £9.99 for all orders under £120. Shipping is free for orders over £120.
When we dispatch an order, we will send you an e-mail with the order dispatch confirmation, which contains the tracking number and the tracking link.
