All orders are shipped within 1-7 working days from payment confirmation.

We accept credit and debit card payments and cash on delivery.

This depends on the warehouse the purchase is made from. Delivery times in Italy are normally 5-7 working days.

Log in to your account, find your order and change the delivery address if it has not been shipped yet. You can also contact us and we will change the delivery address for you.

You will receive an email confirming that the order has been completed. The email will contain the shipping number and a link to the shipping page. To view the shipping number on the website you need to wait 24 hours. If the order was shipped on Friday, the number will appear on Monday.

Shipping costs 5.99 euros for all orders under 59.99 euros. Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros.

When we ship an order, we send you an email with the order shipping confirmation, which contains the tracking number and the tracking link.
