Payment and delivery

2.3 Once the parcel has been dispatched, we are not responsible for loss, damage or theft. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the parcel to the recipient. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the courier company. Please also note that we cannot provide refunds for orders that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
2.4 If the tracking information on the courier’s website indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, it is imperative that you contact us within five (5) days from the date of the stated delivery. This will enable us to promptly liaise with the courier service to address and attempt to resolve the issue. Please be aware that if you fail to reach out to us within this 5-day period, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a refund for your order. We strongly encourage our customers to monitor their shipment’s progress closely and to communicate any discrepancies as soon as possible to ensure a swift resolution.

7.2 Placing a backorder: By placing a backorder, the customer agrees that the item will be shipped to him/her as soon as it is available. The expected availability date may change.
Payment:
8.1 Backorder: payment in full, including taxes, shipping and handling and other fees, is required at the time of backorder.
8.2 Payment Authorisation: The payment method will be charged immediately after the reorder is entered, regardless of the availability of the item. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Availability and delivery:
9.1 Estimated availability date: The estimated availability date stated is an approximate date and is subject to change.
9.2 Delivery time: We endeavour to deliver the re-ordered item within a reasonable time. Delays may occur for which we are not responsible.
9.3 Partial deliveries: We may dispatch available items separately from backordered items, in which case we will bear the additional shipping costs.
